Ability to specify ZOffset for Chat:Chat

Because boss battles aren’t cool if you can’t see the actual chat message from clipping.

I propose we can have an additional float parameter for specifying ZOffset, with a default value to 0. Making it positive will make sure the chatbubble appears in front of objects that it would otherwise clip with. Making it negative ensures it stay behind objects.
