Is a model of this nature acceptable to use? It resembles that of a beer/alcohol beverage, but no writing/certain indication that it IS alcoholic… could be soda.
Is this a model I could get moderated on for using in my game?

A pirate beer mug in the catalog exists, as mentioned, but I’m not sure.
If I recall, the Egg Hunt this year had the hotel with a bar-like thing in the lobby and was lined with bottles that implied it was a bar, but if you spoke to one of the NPC’s, it said it was just colored juice. I don’t know if the same principles apply…

Pretty sure there’s no rule against the actual containers. Just don’t make it so it explicitly says it’s alcoholic and you should be fine.
