Billboard Gui with ImageLabel and TextLabel acting odd

I haven’t worked with BillboardGui’s a lot but I am having troubles. I created an ImageLabel to act as the frame for a TextLabel. However, even though I put the ZIndex higher for the TextLabel, it doesn’t appear over the ImageLabel unless at a certain distance.

Is there anyway to fix this?

It would be a lot easier for us to help you if you showed us the way you configured the objects. Hierarchy and properties. Most helpful would be the entire model, if you don’t mind.
