Welcome to the Nix Café training guide. This has been created to inform you how our trainings should be properly hosted. We will also explain all of the events, blacklisted commands, and consequences.
*Hosts (Don’t need to announce in-game.)
[1] Always abide by ROBLOX’s TOS and Nix Rules.
[1 1/2] Don’t admin abuse. If abused, you will be demoted immediately.
[2] Never SLock a server, people should be able to join trainings late at different periods. (Typically when late, they won’t be getting a promotion. They’ll earn credit.)
[3] Always inform(shout) in the group and discord server when a training is about to start. Only the main host is allowed to do this, no one else. Don’t forget to change the status of the group when the training is ended.
[4] At the beginning of trainings, you must state the activities that will take place during the event.
[5] Make sure that you have 2 co-hosts and one host per event.
[6] Always lift the employee’s spirits to strive to do better.
[7] Read off the of training (Rules for the trainees) before you start training.
[8] Create a nice peaceful environment. This meaning: Peaceful music with motivational lyrics. (Those who play loud music will be stripped of their admin powers.)
[9] In order to pass a trainee, they must obtain 3 points within the session that’s held.
Here’s the rules that you must announce within the game to make everyone aware.
[1] It’s highly suggested that you pay attention within the training. It’s possible that you may miss something, and be confused overtime.
[5] Once you’ve passed/failed the session, please STS on the lines that are set in front of the counter by the stairs. This way, we can keep track of everyone’s progress.
[5] Don’t use explicit language or argue with other members in the training. This only causes chaos between high ranks and trainees.
[6] Do not use full capitalization unless you’re a high rank testing the low ranks.
[7] Use grammar when you’re speaking to someone including if it’s a HR or a troll.
[8] If late, please inform a host/co-host to join in the training.
[9] Spamming is not permitted in the café. You have high possibilities of being kicked from the event.
[10] Must wear Nix attire during trainings.
[11] Please don’t troll. This can result in a kick from the event.
It’s suggested that you say these rules in order once announcing to the trainees. It’s “suggested”, we’re not enforcing you to do them in order, but we only ask you that you read them off before training commences.
*Each training, we have 4 activities. 2 of these consist of teamwork. The names of the events that we’ve created are: Troll, Food Run, Exploiter Encounter, and Speed Run.
Teamwork Activities: Speed Run, Food Run.
-(Must make teams fairly even.)
*Here’s a short description of how each activity should be ran.
-Food Run: You get a order and form 2 teams. The trainer sends the list of food/drinks to get through discord and you need to get the items. The first team to get all the foods wins.
-Exploiter Encounters: (Be wary, this doesn’t give anyone permission to actually exploit in the café.) Simply use admin commands to either fly, no-clip, or light yourself. The trainee then has to call a high staff member in order to ban the exploiter.
-Troll: The host/co-host must act like a troller whilst the trainee warns you up to III times.
-Speed Run: Must have 2 equal teams for this event. Staff members must ask for a drink/food, and which ever team member completes it first wins. Practically like a relay race.
*Discord
- It’s not required to be in the training lobby in our discord, but it can really help understand what will take place.
*Honor
- At the end of each training, if someone doesn’t get a promotion or credit, simply just motivate them to do better. Uplift their spirts, and have them leave in a good mood.
