Serious DevEx error - my request errored, but the Robux disappeared from my account

I tried to submit a DevEx request just now and I received this error:

The request failed to go through, but the Robux that I tried to cash out had disappeared from my account anyway, and there’s no record of the failed request in My Transactions.

I already emailed the DevEx team to resolve the personal issue with my account, but there’s clearly a website issue here as well. Somewhere in between deducting the Robux and finalizing the request, an error must not be getting handled correctly, causing the Robux to be lost.
