[Transparency] Composite character texture and faces

In my other thread, @TheGamer101 told me to post it.

Bug happens always on the face textures and it’s really old.
I originally thought it was intended.
It’s related to character composite texture. It’s completely fine if decal’s parent isn’t called “Head”.
It happens in Studio for sure, maybe even game itself.
As you can see, 0.5 transparency did nothing.

  • Processor: AMD A8-6600K APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics
  • Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950
  • RAM: 8.0 GB
  • Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit

Can confirm. Must be a recent change, because I’ve done face.Transparency = 1 with no issue in the past.
