⁠Groups remain locked, ugcs archived and studio permissions locked after successful account restoration⁠

Hello,
My account 01_iiSantxs was taken down and fully restored on July 4th, 2026, after a false suspension, the team confirmed the bans were a false positive and that I did not violate any Roblox Terms of Service. Account restored but my groups “Del1cacy’s Angels” and “Del1cacy’s” are still locked, all the ugc of both groups are archived and I can’t edit my games on Studio.

What happens:
⁃ Both groups “Del1cacy’s” and “Del1cacy’s Angels” are locked:

UGC remain force-archived (“Not For Sale” / “Archived. Cannot Be Sold”)

⁃ Group payouts locked (around 1.9 million pending in both groups- 1.3 in Del1cacy’s Angels and 600k in Del1cacy’s ) Furthermore, when I attempt to access the payout page to manage my funds, your system triggers a database-level error: “An error occurred while retrieving group payouts.”

⁃ 8 games non visible/ joinable for everyone and also been restricted.
Example:

⁃ I receive a permissions error when trying to publish anything to the group or update of any of my games via Roblox Studio.

The bug affects my profile, my groups, and the group’s assets on the Roblox Website and Creator Dashboard:

When it Started Happening Date: July 4th July 2026
Time:Right after the account restoration was processed by Roblox Support. Environment / System Info

Browser: Brave
Extensions: Tested with all browser extensions/plugins completely disabled (the bug still persists).
Roblox Studio: Tested with all plugins disabled (the permission error still persists).

Steps to Reproduce & Consistency the bug: 1. Log into the Creator Dashboard with the account 01_iiSantxs 2. Navigate to the development items of the affected group: [Group ID 12,345,678 - Roblox] 3. Attempt to configure or put any previously active group clothing item on sale → The status is locked as “Archived” with no option to restore it, also the groups are locked but the account is clean. 4. Open Roblox Studio under the group owner account → Try to publish or update any asset to the group → A “Permissions / Requirements not met” error is thrown immediately.

Expected behavior

Expected Behavior: Once an account and its groups are restored, all group UGCs, payouts, and Roblox Studio publishing permissions should return to their active, normal state.

Hey there, I have a friend who doesn’t have access to this side of devforums he unfortunately was struck by the same false termination and all of his groups were locked.
He’s been unbanned now after getting a ticket raised via DevRel, but his groups remain locked.
His username is zz_xe (user id 1475322966), and the main group he’s trying to get unlocked is Nature’s Symphony, (group id 1068682676).
I’d appreciate you raising this with DevRel.

Update / Quick clarification:

Hello @Doge_Travel thank you so much again for your help.

I wanted to update you that my main account and primary group (Del1cacy’s) were restored! However, the restoration process seems to be partially incomplete:

My secondary group Del1cacy’s Angels (ID: 374156804) is still completely locked. That group contains more than 1 million robux that are completely frozen.
The 7 experiences under my primary group are currently stuck on the 16+ age restriction / pending review status due to a moderation cache lag, despite having a “Minimal” questionnaire rating.

Could you please pass a quick note to the internal team so they can complete the unblock for the second group and refresh the cache for the experiences?

Following up as our appeal was officially approved by Support, my primary group Del1cacy’s was unlocked. But my secondary group (Del1cacy’s Angels - ID: 374156804) remains stuck on “This community has been locked” due to a database/cache sync failure.

Official Support Confirmation: “We would like to inform you that after further review we have fully removed the consequence from the account 01_iisantxs. This moderation action will not negatively affect the account in the future.”

Current Status & Impact:

Secondary Group Locked: Over 1,000,000 Robux (700k+ in group funds + pending) are completely frozen.
Archived UGC Catalog: A large catalog of high-performing face/UGC items under this group decision remains archived and unavailable, cutting off our primary monthly revenue stream.
Experience Restrictions: All 7 experiences under our primary group (Del1cacy’s) remain improperly locked under a 16+ age requirement due to moderation cache lag.

Edit (Friday Update): As we approach the weekend, could you or any available DevRel staff member please request an internal technical team to perform a force status/cache refresh on Group ID 374156804 and our linked experiences so everything updates properly in the system?
