:art: I’d like to say a few things before we start the post, this is for use of either alliances, or anything regarding group management. Else-wise this isn’t needed to read through.


I. Why do we have departments?

‣ We have these departments to ensure the management of the group is correctly undergoing new systems and methods. We also use them for keeping a reputation, staying professional as well as marketing. We ensure that our departments are efficient and are prepared for their tasks that they undergo during operations at Decu.

Furthermore, these people are quite important as they manage a aspect of the group that isn’t very seen and do a very good job, ensuring that Decu has the best systems and alliances that are efficient and working hard.


II. The Staffing Department

@Staff-Relations, does a lot of work that is really needed for Decu to be running, they manage staff reports, reforms, activity, promotions-demotions, operations and new systems that income our way. We ensure to have a good schedule for them to work around and keeping things simple. Here goes into more depth for the MR’s if they have not read the guide yet.

They manage the following operations. (Basically meaning that they take on this job if they get a report of it),

Activity: Inside Decu, we expect you to have a minimum hours inside our restaurant per week and per month, this is to keep our staff on the correct page, ensuring that they are active inside our community, if you are planning to go onto a inactivity notice, for example 3-4 days you will have to tell us beforehand, ( a week) as we prepare staff to take-over anything that you have set to be covered. This includes if you are apart of our departments inside Decu.

Grammar: Grammar inside our community is highly-needed as we are a professional community seeking attention of bigger groups, meaning we need to keep-put and show a good example throughout Decu, all staff are required to utilize grammar inside our facilities, this includes discord, training center, and the restaurant. Staff that refuse to use grammar will be reported to our staff-relations department, furthermore they will take it from there, while at the restaurant please refrain from using bigger words, keep it simple as younger audiences are still present through our restaurant.

Account Safety: Inside Decu, you are required to have a phone number, and email set to your account, we will ask you to take security checks, if that is not put-inplace. You are not allowed to give your password to your account through discord or ROBLOX as this is against their policy, as well as ours. It is also a requirement that you have 2FA, on your account to ensure the best safety.

General Avatar Attire: As a MR you are required to keep your avatar highly professional, this means no trolling items, keeping it simple and definitely keeping a good reputation throughout Decu. LR’s do not need to apply to this, this is only for ranks of MR > SHR, as we need to keep a good reputation to undergo our company.

Maturity: We expect you to remain respectful to others members of staff as well as customers, keeping professional at all times. Meaning you should not bring any staff lounge banter onto group games where LRs are present, nor joking with friends via the restaurant as we seek to keep our professionalism in our company.


III. The Relations Department

@Public-Relations, is one of the most hard-working departments, ensuring that they are getting the best alliances for Decu, providing a good example throughout our facilities. They ensure that we remain professional to our allies, set up events like spirit weeks and more of that, if you have not read the MR guide I’d advise you to.

The Public Relations Department manage the following,

Alliances: Is one of the most needed things that makes a group popular, the Decu team ensures that we get the best alliances, at the best time. Providing an amazing service and time for our group.

Events: Events are one of the most important thing keeping groups alive, which makes this job pretty hard to manage, regardless Decu’s team pulls it off greatly. Setting up spirit weeks, and events and communicating with other groups.
