My name is Altri, and I’m the founder of Toybox Entertainment. We’re currently expanding our network and looking for talented Roblox developers across every discipline.
Our goal isn’t to build a one-time team for a single project. We’re building a long-term studio where talented creators can consistently receive commission opportunities as new clients and projects come in.

Whether you’re an experienced developer or someone just starting out, there’s a place for you. Everyone starts somewhere, and we believe beginners can grow into incredible developers with the right opportunities.
If you can demonstrate effort, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude, we’d be happy to have you as part of the studio.
How Our Commission System Works
Rather than assigning everyone to every project, we build teams based on the specific needs of each commission.
When a new project arrives, we’ll select the developers whose skills, availability, and experience best fit that project. Those selected members will be paid for the work they complete.
This means:
- Joining does not guarantee immediate work.
- Some members may receive commissions sooner than others depending on project requirements.
- Every new commission creates another opportunity for developers within the studio.
We believe this is the fairest way to match the right people with the right projects while maintaining quality for our clients.

Payment
All work is paid per commission/project.
Payment varies depending on:
- Project scope
- Complexity
- Budget
- Your assigned responsibilities
