Hello there! My name is Flamingles, and I am head of a new development group named 007’s. This group gained most of it’s fame from developing SFOTH V, a 10th anniversary tribute to the original classic. We are currently looking for an experienced programmer (or tiny programming team) that is able to fluently and flexibly code in RBXLua for my new project, Robloxian Battlegrounds II.
About The Job
We are looking for an advanced scripter, preferably with a good basic and moderate knowledge of RBXLua. We will need, for the most part, GUI scripting, general leaderboard / client interface stuff, and in-game weapons as well as decorations, spinning windmills, swings, windy trees, etc.
Good communication skills are appreciated; we check progress daily and want to maintain a healthy relationship with our team.
We are actively striving on developing the game and looking for someone as passionate about working on it with us as we are about continuing it. Through working with us, you will be enable to incorporate YOUR development methods into OUR work!
Payment
Due to a current low budget and us being a game studio start-up looking for early investors and contributors, we are willing to offer a huge chunk of our profits to anyone willing to work with 007’s.
We do not have a long history with monetizing games, so through helping us advance through the game’s mechanics, you will have the possibility to monetize them, add currencies and similar features, with 80% of the profit split between the project’s scripters.
For example, if SonicTheHedgehogFan367 suggests and works on an in-game currency that allows players to purchase the in-game items, he gets pretty much all the profit from the purchases of that currency. Most of the time, the work will be given to you or come up itself, but we can guarantee that we are not greedy, and a huge percentage of the payout will be granted.
