It’s 100 robux for a 120 second long sound clip, which means that it is 0.83333… robux for a second of sound. I think it seems fair that you should pay more for the longer the sound clip is, because it takes longer to moderate.
Eventually, ROBLOX plans to completely eliminate this fee as a part of their new long-ish-term goal to “Never Charge Developers” ™ [size=1](not really TM)[/size]

The only problem is that not charging developers for audio is going to take a whole lot longer to work out than creating a variable uploading fee based on length.
