About The Job
We are looking for a highly strategic Hybrid Game Designer and Product Manager who specializes in identifying high ROI opportunities with minimal market risk. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize game ideas backed by thorough trend analysis and competitive research to ensure commercial success from the outset. You must possess the analytical skills to justify every design decision with data and be capable of translating these visions into comprehensive Game Design Documents that guide the production team. This role requires a unique balance of creative innovation and business acumen, where you are expected to pitch projects that maximize player retention and monetization while effectively lowering the threshold for potential failure through logical argumentation and market evidence.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of market trends and player psychology to identify niches with the highest ROI and lowest possible risk.
- Exceptional proficiency in creating detailed Game Design Documents (GDD) that serve as clear blueprints for production.
- Proven ability to present data-driven arguments and logical justifications for the commercial viability of game concepts.
- Strong track record of analyzing competitor performance and translating insights into actionable mechanics that drive retention and monetization.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex strategic visions and “the why” behind every design choice to the development team.
- Mastery of analytical tools and research methodologies to monitor industry shifts and ensure predictable, sustainable growth.

Payment
Base Salary: $1,000 USD per month.
Performance Bonus: 10% Revenue Share from games developed based on your concepts and GDDs.
Scalability: Opportunity for salary increases based on project milestones and successful launches.
