The Woods Company (community ID 454397042) was locked on today. It has just over a million members and it publishes every experience I have released.
I did not find out from Roblox. I found out because the page stopped loading for me. There was no email, no message on the site, and no moderation notice on any account I own. I checked the Violations and Appeals page on every one of them and there is no entry for the community and no action against any account. So there is no stated reason for me to correct and no listed decision for me to appeal against.
I filed a ticket under Appeal a Decision with the community ID and the full details, but again, as I don’t even know why it got locked it truly beats me.
Today is the band, tomorrow is the game, and the day after tomorrow is the developer’s account. This is Roblox roulette. If you are still on the platform, then you have agreed to play it.
Hello, I am a Roblox developer and friend of bright. This is very saddening as of the current Roblox state ; how one’s success can go unresponsive by the Roblox support team. I wish you the best on your arguments and I highly recommend for anyone to bump this to anybody and bring awareness to any Roblox officials.
I’ve had the same issue with community ID 1070136274. no email or warning or anything. This is a terrible way for roblox to go about this. Leaving developers completely in the dark and losing money without any valid reasons. I hope whoever made this decision understand the negative impacts they have on many peoples jobs.
I’m curious, how did you know that?
And what kind of queue can there be if a bot automatically rejects an appeal by responding with email templates? The bot doesn’t need a queue, it can reject thousands of requests per minute.
They use Zendesk, it follows the standard Zendesk format and they also say when you make a report that more emails in the same thread can delay responses.
They say one thing and do another. There is no need to wait half a month to receive a template response. Zendesk was created to speed up the work of the support service, not to slow it down. This is either a complete failure of Zendesk, or Roblox is misleading the community.
