150-200 MS frame idle times in Studio within large experiences

Apologies if this is in the wrong category, I cannot find anywhere else to post this.

In Studio, experiences which have more “FRM Visible” than the “FRM Target” will significantly throttle performance, however this is not a computational power issue as far as I know. I have tried to work with three times the “FRM Target” and will be met with 200 MS frame idle times, where no work is being done in the 200 MS. How would I stop this from occurring? I have already tried disabling FRM but to no avail. Any help?
