I am séng. Solo developer for my game Mobius+. I’m a professional Illustrator so I specialize in Visual/Graphic Design when it comes to the gaming world. I am currently looking for a hair modeler whose skills are not tied to one style and can work from concept art, to assign long term contract work for my game.
Job Details
Right now I need a specific stylized hair style for an NPC, and later other NPCs, which I will provide my own art refences. These hair types include very geometric afro hair, anime-esk hair, and quite literally anything I can think of to fit a 3D space. So expect the abstract. I don’t care if you’re a novice, or expert. I just need someone who knows how to model hair no matter a style and can work from concept art. And someone with good communication who is not afraid to ask questions or make suggestions and can voice call.
I will draw up the hairs from all angles for you and just match it as close as possible. I don’t have it all drawn out now which is why this is long-term. I would just send you drawings here and there when I’m needing the hair or finished designing it.
Payment
I am willing to pay $20/1.7kRobux per hairs via PayPal or Cashapp or Roblox(Robux) I will pay you half up front and upon giving me a completed product I will pay the other half. If you want payment in Robux I will buy a shirt from you at 1215Robux because after tax that’s 850. Which is half of 1700.
This is a big game, hardcore action RPG with deep Character Customization. So I want at least 20 hairs upon alpha release. This number doesn’t include NPC specific hair. From beta to official release I may want more. I may even have DLC hair, I don’t know, but I can guarantee >= $400/34kRobux all together within a few months.
I prefer USD, but Robux is fine.
I will also give credit for your god tier work in the desc. of the game for all release states and credits in game.
Have no idea the success probability of this game so do not expect a royalty type system in which I’d give a percentage of accrued Robux within a specific amount of time or the real monetary value of such sums.

I will ask for examples of your work. Show me nothing else but hair. at least 10 images to at least prove you are a hair modeler and you know your program well enough to even make a hair unlike me ahahaha.
Give me a little introduction about who you are and your skill level. And please be honest.
Reminder this is not hair like you see on the catalog, this is not some simulator game, anime game, or ultra bright kids game. Whatever is the conventional norm of making hair, that type of style is not what is being asked to be made.
So maybe you usually make that type of hair, you will not be making that type of hair working for me so keep that in mind before contacting please.
if you take modeling as a legitimate art form and you know your program well enough knowing how to model in general, this is the job for you.
