RULES
-
Destructive Clanning Activities - Any behaviour resembling organised disruptive conduct (make the game unplayable for others) may count as clanning regardless of whether the individuals involved formally identify themselves as a clan organisation. This does not prohibit the existence of organisations/groups, but rather limit what they are allowed to do. Groups who play the game as intended shall find no issue with this rule.
-
RDM - Do not run around killing anybody you see without a valid reason. Killing must have a reason and is not based on whims or suspicions. Mods can track kill logs and spectate players suspected for RDM. Violations may lead to temporary bans and in severe cases, permanent bans,
-
Advertising - Advertisements of any kind are strictly prohibited. Please also avoid mentioning off platform sites. Do not bring users off platform.
-
Harassment - Behaviour which resembles targeted harassment, is strictly prohibited. This includes but not limited to: joining a victim across servers to target them, private chatting them in bad faith, KOS, etc.
-
Bug Abuse - Actions not within bounds of intended usage/gameplay which lead to unfair advantage over others or cause annoyance in any way should be reported to the Developers. Abuse of bugs may be counted as Exploiting and lead to the same punishment.
-
Exploiting - This is a zero tolerance policy which you cannot appeal. Exploiting of any kind will result in permanent bans.
-
Server Griefing - when an individual or a group of individuals coordinate to intentionally destroy servers for no valid roleplay reason. e.g. a group joining a server and within the first minute, starts shooting down the government to “takeover”, or a person joining a local server and starts killing everybody within the first minute or two.
-
Alting - usage of alternative accounts is prohibited and may lead to data wipes.
RIGHT OF ENFORCEMENT
Varenth Industries, its affiliates and selected “Moderators” reserve the right to enforce these rules based on their interpretations, and are not bound strictly to word-for-word definitions. Rules are not for interpretation for any player, that privilege lies exclusively with Varenth Industries and its employees and contributors.
Varenth Industries also reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to its games at any time, with or without prior notice, in accordance with applicable Roblox Terms of Use. Continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of these terms.

RDM ENFORCEMENT GUIDE
Random Deathmatch (RDM) is the act of killing others without any valid IN-CHARACTER (IC) / RP reason. When you play the game, you select a role and that role becomes you. Your actions must “make sense” in accordance to the role you’ve chosen. In terms of RDM, here are some scenarios:
As a Police/Government:
- You come across a Prole/Citizen who is red named. You are free to arrest them given that they are wanted.
- You come across another Police/TA/PG/Party who is red named. If you kill them, that is RDM. UNLESS, you witness them committing something detrimental to the Party. For example, you saw them kill another government member without any reason - they are classified as a rogue and therefore can be arrested. Someone saying in the chat that another person killed them counts as metagaming and would therefore be classified as RDM if you still proceeded to kill the person. Again, you must be a first-hand witness to deal with rogues. A special exception is when declared traitor by the Leader via the in-game feature only or MoT hate.
As a Doctor:
- You are a Doctor, you save lives - not take them. Therefore, most kills you commit may count as RDM unless under very specific reasons: (a) To defend yourself whether you are being robbed/pickpocketted, or damaged by another player (b) Your business was robbed by a thief, you may take revenge upon the thief only within that specific one life.
As a Civilian:
- You are part of the Outer Party. You are under surveillance 24/7 and are not supposed to revolt on your own accord. It is considered RDM if you kill government members unless: (1) You are defending yourself; (2) You are on a bank heist run and they are actively chasing you; (3) There is an armed revolution/armed riot going on; (4) You may try assassinate the Leader as you are fed up with his policies, but you are not allowed to dismantle the entire government.
- Killing other Civilians/Proles/Medics without any valid justification, which is only self defence if you are being attacked/robbed, is a bannable offence.
As a Prole:
- You are a Prole, the masses who have not realised their power in numbers. You cannot just revolt on your own or upon immediately joining the server, instead you must have a valid first-hand experience to act as a reason for you rebelling against the state. This could be seeing your friend be murdered wrongly by the state, absurd taxes, under 50% approval ratings, during an armed revolt/riot, the Party/Leader saying something to grivieously offend you, etc.
- Wearing the Deminia skinpack: you are not allowed to cross-team with Government/Civilians but are allowed to team with Proles. You cannot Mass RDM entire servers/governments, but instead should try for a more sneaky oriented revolution - which are assassinations. A group of Deminians may try topple the entire government provided that they send a herald/messenger to notify the Leader and the server, to give them a grace period of a minimum of 5 minutes to prepare.
Killing the Leader:
- The leader is always at risk for an assassination! As such, please bear in mind that RDM rules do not apply to the leader. Leaders can be killed whenever and wherever.
- It touches the Mass RDM zone if an individual or a group of individuals repeatedly kill leaders in one server to get the Leader position. This is a bannable offence on the first, and permanent bans may be issued for repeat violators.
WARNINGS
- One-time RDM kills may result in an official documented warning; multiple documented warnings may result in temporary bans of up to 14d. Persistence of RDMs despite multiple bans may result in permanent removals.
- Multiple RDM kills (Mass RDM), even in one single session, may result in a temporary server ban of 1D-3D as first offence depending on how grave. Multiple Mass RDM violations across sessions may result in longer suspensions and permanent bans.
