Ever since roblox went down a while ago my google authenticator codes became invalid to roblox and now I cant change settings or login. I am currently logged into my account but I know if I log out I wont be able to log back in. currently roblox support is denying that I have ownership of the account even though I contacted support with the email attached to the account. at the moment I am backing up all of my work in case I have to go foward with a new account.
Hey, we investigated and there does not seem to be any widespread issues with Authenticator. Please contact roblox.com/support if you need further help with account issues.
