The email is correct, and spam has been checked, I can’t even contact support, the form just refuses to send, I haven’t been able to log into my account in 2 days because of this.
Expected behavior
Please provide a work-around or a fix to this issue.
Update, it says my accounts locked? when I click recover account it just gives the same “check your email for a code” but nothing gets sent.
Sometimes it never worked the first time, always the second time when you click “Resend Code”. That’s what at least happened to me.
i’ve checked spam, i can’t contact roblox due to the form not working, I’ve tried doing the one time code option, i’ve clicked resend code probably 50 times, over the past 2 days i’ve tried it so many times.
I don’t know then, sorry… Hope you can get in again.
