2FA Authenticator unable to be removed; yet I am logged into account via quick log in

Hello folks, I recently got a phone upgrade but in the process I didn’t manage to save my Authenticator passwords from being wiped. I have contacted Roblox support regarding that and they’ve said they can’t verify ownership? Despite the fact that I’m currently logged in here? Can anyone help me navigate this. As that’s a stupid response as I’m already logged in! I’m here! I’m typing this message out on the account! Thanks.

Edit: what I need done is authy disabled so I can put a new on one with my new phone :confused:

In order to get verified of your account you must provide the following details in your request:

  • Phone Number (Associated with account)
  • Personal Email (Associated with account)

if you are still logged in i suggest you to download the backup codes and recover your account in that way.

I submitted the request yesterday, no response as of now. I am still logged in but I cannot download backup codes without authy - which i dont have access to -_-
