Polybit is a game studio made in January of 2021 by the lead developer of Noratic. With the previous release of Pet Adventures – which brought in recognition for future projects. And now, we found it time to start a new chapter of games on the platform!

About The Job
Hey there! 
I’m Avionicly. The lead developer and 3D artist of an upcoming studio known as “Polybit”.
Recently, I’ve started work on an interesting game concept revolving around pets; looking to turn a new page on the design on pet games on ROBLOX. The previous developer team were occupied with school work and extracurriculars resulting in their resignations, which leaves me as the sole developer… which is where you come in!
Currently, we are in need of a lead programmer who can make time for the interesting concept, yet intensive workload that it would take to bring it out to the world. The programmer would be in charge of handling ALL aspects of coding in the game, as well as providing creative input and feedback for the direction it should go in. Further details will be provided once we find a suitable candidate.
Collectively, we have well over R$1,000,000 to expand our horizons with this project, as well as content creators ranging from 50,000 to 1,800,000 subscribers with active communities of their own. This addition significantly boosts our potential of reaching out into multiple untapped markets.

Expectations
- Preferably to have plenty of prior experience scripting ROBLOX games.
- Ability to write scalable code that can be added onto in the future.
- Solid understanding of supporting PC/Mobile/Console equally.
- Familiarity with UI design.
- Great communicator, can discuss important topics with a group.
- Creative spark, able to provide interesting ideas to the table.
- Able to provide a viable portfolio of previous work, preferably with vouches from previous employers.
Payment
Payment will consist of 35% of the entire games revenue. This can be negotiable if you’ve proven to be an efficient partner to work alongside with, and potentially commit to more aspects of development aside from programming.
