We are opening an opportunity for someone to join us on our journey of creating a fun roleplay game based on the lore of our group by leading our casual roleplay game Site 006 as its main programmer and leader. Initially, you will be assigned with completing a rewrite of the game that is on-going.
What is Site 006?
Site 006 is the roleplay game that generates the revenue for our Nova Corporation group. It’s a game where players can become a set of different teams, such as Test Subjects, Security Corps members (Site Security), Innovation Department members (Scientific, Research and Innovation), and a bunch of other teams it has at its disposal. Players can experience the lore and the fun of the game without having to be in the group.

The game is inspired on the popular SCP genre; as such, it is similar to the popular “SCP roleplay site” style of game.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone that can take the role of leading all management regarding Site 006 and its workflows, schedules, updates, roadmaps, and can lead its programming and deliver content regularly for the players. Overall, you should be ready to make Site 006 “your thing”, as it will become your project.
You must be passionate about your work and constantly strive to bring better for the community.
It is heavily recommended that you familiarise yourself with our community, game and lore before applying, so that you can have a better understanding of what you’d be working on with this position and how the overall workflow would go. We recommend you read our wiki first, and then try our group focused game here as well as Site 006.
We expect you to be able to adapt, organize your code, keep it clean and readable, and be as performant and efficient as possible. You should be able to familiarize yourself with our work methods, and you should be able to get your way through unfamiliar code and learn to adjust it and write on it.
You must have good communication skills, as you will be required to be very active on Discord. We organize ourselves through Discord, so it is a requirement to be able to use it.
You must also be able to engage with the community, adjust to the community’s rules, and be a role model to the community.
Our scripts work under our private scripting framework Delta, which you will be expected to work with for all your scripts.
You should be able to work in a team and use Team Create to collaborate with our developers.
Since this is a full time job, you are expected to be very active. We’re looking for at least 30 hours a week dedicated to development for the group.
Payment
We are offering a rate of $3500 USD a month in the robux form, meaning you should be looking at a payout of 1000000 R$ through group funds every month. As an extra, since you would be in charge of Site 006 as a whole, all revenue past necessary for the group to sustain itself would go directly to you. (for example, if we needed 3 million robux every month from Site 006 for the group to pay expenses, and the game made 5 million robux, you would make 2 million robux / 7000 USD instead of 3500). $3500 USD is the base salary. Your salary can go above that depending on the game’s revenue, and will never drop below that value.
Important note
You will be presented with a contract for this job. If you are under 18, you will require your legal guardian’s permission and signature.
