I am aware that roblox has Developer Awards Program that rewards creators for reaching MAU goals with a crown accessory.
As of this moment, my game Climb has reached multiple milestones in the past months, but I think due to it being published by a group and not this account, I did not receive new crowns even though I’m the sole owner. I have sent emails to devawards@roblox.com to no avail after month of waiting. Where are my crowns? I want my crowns.

You need consistent 3M MAU for at least 5 years in order to claim
These crowns weren’t officially discontinued as far as I know, but roblox hasn’t really been awarding them for over a year now. There have been many other posts similar to this so maybe check them?

Where did you learn that? Could you source the official statement from roblox or something?
Sadly this has been bug reported back at the start of the year but no progress or update was made. However, a team was assigned:
Normally their are suppose to be given every 3 months
Roblox Customer Support tells you to email devawards@roblox.com but this email doesn’t provide responses anymore
