I’ve had 4 rejections over the course of almost 4 months due to “name discrepancy”. I’m getting very impatient with Roblox and it’s starting to raise eyebrows on my end as to whether they want to give me any money. This I believe has occurred because I accidentally input my surname wrong on the first request, and despite correcting it 3 times to my legal name that I have at least quintuple-checked on tipalti, I’ve still faced identical rejections.
but then.. I try with the correct name..
- What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Creator Hub?
Using my legal name, contacting Roblox support and being told it was fixed. I have also searched for other equivalent issues on the devforum and third party and it seems to be a fairly unique issue which is why I’m listing it as a bug? Is there something I’m potentially doing wrong on the DevEx request page? I put my first name as shown on tipalti, then my surname, then my Roblox password which is the same as my tipalti password, the email address which are also identical on both, and yet it doesn’t work?
