500 and 403 error when attempting to send message via talent hub.

Hi,

I am trying to respond to applicants on the talent hub during the screening phase, where it says ‘message.’ When I attempt to send any message, I am hit with ‘500 (Internal Server Error)’ and ‘403 (Forbidden)’ in the console. I use Google Chrome on my PC and Safari on my iPhone, but they also do not work. This is preventing me from hiring possible candidates. My message also does not send and I can’t respond.

Just an update. It works now for me, not sure if the team deployed a fix or was just a random issue.
