I mean it’s just a top hat with a few different colors.
The top part of the hat is a little to short, maybe increase the length, other than that, it looks fine, nice
Well i did my best, im not a perfect modeler yet.
Yeah I feel you i’m not good at modeling either.
I think the band should be bigger, other then that it looks pretty good.

I think that this is nice! As previously mentioned, I do think that the band could be a bit wider, however other than that I think that the top could be made a bit more roundish, such as a tiny curved top, as it will bring a bit more realism into the item itself.
Looks nice to me! It kind of reminds me of the Top Hats we’re created by ROBLOX, but different as the green stripes looking smaller! Thanks for showing us this awesome UGC hat!

It does look like the neon pink top hat, but wider and purple, but not a bad start, just try to make more changes into it.
