8-Bit Bow Tie has incorrect attachment

The 8-Bit Bow Tie is a neck accessory, however it uses HatAttachment instead of NeckAttachment, resulting in it moving with the avatar’s head. The same applies to Red 8-Bit Bow Tie.

Expected behavior

Both 8-Bit Bow Ties should move with the avatar’s body like this.
