I’m sharing this to explain a situation I’m currently dealing with involving a Brazilian Roblox YouTuber known as Wuizard.
After Wuizard was banned from Blox Fruits, he contacted me and threatened legal action, after finding out that I was responsible for his ban.
The ban was a result of a report I made. The reason cited for the ban was black market activity, which violates both Roblox’s Terms of Service and the game’s rules.
To be clear, this is my perspective of the situation. I did not exploit any system or use any special influence. I simply reported behavior that I believed violated the rules. Blox Fruits developers ultimately make their own decisions, independent of any single report.
I would also like to keep him away from the platform due to his concerning behavior on his Discord Server which is full of minors. Roblox support is widely known for being slow and automated. Reports often take a long time to be reviewed, and individual users do not have direct control over bans—especially for large creators. Because of this, I don’t understand how I could supposedly “get someone banned” on my own authority.
This raises an important question,
If Roblox support is slow and decisions are made internally, how could a regular player realistically get a YouTuber banned on their own?
I have a very heavy doubt that he can sue you for that. You have the freedom to report individuals for malicious behavior and it is the game developers’ right and responsibility to ensure that reports are reviewed and action is taken if necessary. It is completely within their jurisdiction and the devs have extended the jurisdiction of being able to report individuals by allowing players to report individuals.
You got him banned off of blox fruits, as per your post, not Roblox. Game devs and moderation teams tend to be quick with things like this. Your singular report if it has enough evidence or causes moderation teams to look deeper into the situation and come across malicious behavior can cause someone to be banned.
Once again though, you did something you’re allowed to do and can’t be sued for it. Even if he somehow does, he’s not winning.
It’s basically selling in-game products for real money, just like when SonnyDhaBoss got terminated for selling his Dominus Empyreus.
It’s a pretty common activity around games like Pet Simulator X, Adopt Me and Steal a Brainrot.
It’s not appropriate to make these generalizations about the games. What if someone told you “Theme Park Tycoon 2” is the best game and is the best genre? See that’s bias without evidence.
In this case, don’t worry. He’s probably trying to scare you or something.
You don’t have anything to do with this, is like a criminal trying to sue someone by making a police report. You’re safe.
if he actually wants to continue with the lawsuit, he must fly to the US (which I think is your country) and open a lawsuit there. (It is really expensive).

is an outrageous statement to make. If you have any evidence that supports this claim, do make sure to report it to the proper authorities rather than making an accusation online. On the other hand, if you are making this claim out of nowhere, I would like to urge you to think further about what you are writing on a public forum like this one.
