What else should I add?

you should make the walls look more bunker like

Add some rubble around to give it a nice bunker effect

It’s alright. If you can, try to make it a bit more ominous. My feedback sometimes sounds rough but I assure you lol.

Not bad but I’d recommend making the lights/dominus smaller and placing the builderman’s pic between the piano/table. I’m not sure about what’s that in the mid of the room but if it’s a bed then u should replace the brick texture with something else. Now talking about the empty spaces in this room, you should probably take that pic from the ground and place it near the dominus (maybe add an dominus decal to the pic so it kinda matches) also prob add a couch somewhere (i’d recommend placing the couch between the piano/table aswell so the builderman pic would be right above it) and a carpet for the ground. Keep the good work!

Considering this as a bunker build, I have some recommendations.
- Change the material of wooden planks into a concrete material or a slate material. (Concrete looks best for a bunker situation like this.)
- Avoid neon lights, use much more lighter lighting and more natural ones such as creating a fire, and making spotlight etc.
- Add lantern models and other man-made materials such as cans, hammers, planks, medkits, and other things that are commonly found in everyday living.
- Remove unnecessary stuff such as the pc, piano and builderman picture and the dominus. These will lower down the theme you’re going for.
- Try to use other models or create more models with much more effort rather than blocks stacked up to each other.

I’d suggest decorating the walls with concrete, rather than wooden planks. A carpet would look nice.
Also, the couch (or whatever the red thing is) is kind of too small. Maybe add a little bit more detail from a reference picture.
Finally, the desk. The wood planks are probably the worst choice to make if you’re shooting for wooden bricks. Adding plants, or perhaps a fish tank would be better. But my rating is 8.6/10. Good job!
