A few days ago, some a***ole broke into my account and changed my password, e-mail, everything.
This is a message saying that this guy broke into my account (Roblox advises us to activate a 2FA, I did for my email but I don’t know how he succeeded) so I contacted roblox support which I thought would be efficient but no. Apparently, they don’t have enough information to prove that I’m actually the owner of the account…
With what I’ve supplied, isn’t roblox support enough? And you have the audacity to tell me to activate the 2FA knowing that I’ve done it and you have the proof in the pictures. I respectfully ask you to review not only my case but also your support. And the player who hacked my account and sees this message, return my account, emo boy.
Anyway, did you click on any suspicious links? Or installed some weird software?
You might just have clicked on a link and it just grabbed your cookies.
Once a person has your cookies, you can’t do anything, and 2FA won’t save you either.
But yeah, I mean, Im not sure what else you can do, you might try verifying using your phone number or your ID if you have verified it on your account?
I mean its not really possible, unless you randomly just gave it out.
He might have brute forced it, if your password is easy, though its a very low chance this is the case.
Yeah I know, its quite sad how Roblox decided to handle this, Im not sure, maybe speak to the guy? have you had any business with him?
