Hope this is the right place.
I made a train station that functions as a Place Teleportation Hub. Players can hop onto a train with their friends and get into some of my other games. I currently only have three trains but I think it’s pretty cool, and so do other players.
and of course a gallery.
That’s really cool Asimo! Not sure if you are supposed to self promote yourself here but yeah. It’s really neat. Did you do the scripting?
Yeah I do everything myself for my games.
Also sorry, The lounge seems extremely off-topic compared to this, and everywhere else just didn’t match, in my opinion, for posting your own creations.
Of course, not a personal issue. I’m just wondering what the mods are thinking and what’s allowed vice-versa. Either way, you did it again. You made another awesome place to show off your building skills. It looks great and I love that you included some little more advanced scripting this time. It’s great to see. You should look into some advanced scripting in my opinion.
So this has turned into a “post your creation” thread. Great.
On a side note: Looks awesome Asimo.
Yeah I was just about to mention that in the other “crazy obstacle” post. This thread really needs to be re-named.
Or a new section for posting your own work. I can’t believe a forum dedicated to Developers doesn’t have an official place for them to post their stuff.

Eh, I think it’s alright to self promote here. We don’t have mods on this site, if someone is being pain for community, that person is banned. Simple.

I found that the “waiting for train to depart” message stayed on my screen for so long that I wondered if it was broken.

Self promotion is fine, in moderation. As long as you actually have something cool to show us, go for it

When I tested, the message was there for like 5-10 seconds, so ye, something is broken.
Thanks for the feedback. The trains are stationed for about 15 seconds. I have the script wait for the train to actually start moving away from the station to teleport players. I do this for two reasons. A camera angle of the train going off into the distance, and so that you and your friends join the game you teleported to at the same time.
