I am about 14 years old and there was an error in my main account. I came here specifically to resolve my problem, which I tried to solve through technical support, but they did not help me at all.
The problem: In my main account, I performed age verification using my ID card, and what happened was that the AI literally entered an incorrect age date: 2018/12/17
I can’t change it at all. I tried contacting technical support, but they didn’t help me, even though I have big ambitions within the platform, like creating experiments in Roblox. Unfortunately, those ambitions are gradually fading away because of a problem with my main account.
I want to re-verify my age again
I want to share this so it reaches the Roblox team. Please, I’ve put my information in the employee profile only. I hope you’ll read it and help me.
Expected behavior
The AI is supposed to determine my correct birth date.
