First of all, thank you for all the hard work the Roblox team puts into improving the platform. We truly appreciate the tools provided for developers!
As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to efficiently manage long-term analytics and event tracking for live-service games due to the permanent slot consumption of Custom Events.
Currently, there is a maximum limit on the number of Custom Events that can be created in the Roblox Dashboard. However, once a Custom Event is created, it cannot be deleted or cleared. Over time, seasonal and limited-time events permanently consume these limited slots. Once all available slots are filled with past, inactive events, we can no longer create or track new Custom Events for upcoming updates.
If this issue is addressed, it would improve my development experience because we would be able to delete or archive completed/outdated Custom Events and reuse those slots for new seasonal content while keeping the total active slot limit unchanged. This would allow live-service games to maintain clear, relevant event analytics over a long period without running out of slots.
Thank you for considering this request!
