Ability to treat tools as models when transforming them

As a Roblox developer, it is currently impossible to work efficiently with tool instances as they are treated as Folders rather than models, making it difficult to move them around the game world.

Example: I am trying to create a tool rack in-game for weapons, however trying to do this is difficult without grouping the models (which adds complexity to the mechanic) is generally really tricky to achieve.

If Roblox were able to address my issue, it would allow for better use of the Tool feature within games by developers and better creation of tools within studio.


In addition to this, when pressing F with a Tool in workspace selected - nothing happens. The expected behaviour would be that of a BasePart or Model, to focus the camera on it.

(however this change would probably be implied by the OP suggestion)
