Hello forum! I’ve been trying to unblock a deleted account for three years. I tried contacting real staff and moderation, but it didn’t help. Then one day, they manually replied to my ticket. Whats my chances to be unblocked (They’d been rejecting my request for three years, but then something magical happened because answered not bot) Regarding the ban: initially, it was for cheating (even though I wasn’t a cheater), but then the thread moved to Other. (Perhaps a private asset used in my game caused the AI moderation to ban the account.) Regarding that account, it’s over 8 years old and there were no violations for several years until 2023(until moderation deletes my game)

Its hard to get it unlocked. Do that what they tell you to do in the message and hope that real people will moderate this. But your Chances are not really good when they rejected you for 3+ Years. I would say your chances are like 20-50%. Its like what they have in their system what you did and then they decided.

btw a funny fact: if I write to them (via the appeal form on the website), they automatically reply that my account is under the anti-cheat system and cannot be unbanned, although the reason for the ban has been changed to “other”. Even a year later, moderation showed interest in my game’s resources. (That’s probably why they changed the reason.)
