Since there are attachments under R15 rigs that have the exact same name, when you use the in-built property of accessories that declares that attachment under the handle part of an accessory will automatically attach itself onto the attachement that share the exact same name under the Rig. The accesory’s rigid constraint automatically locks on the first attachment it retrieves and not the one you actually want it to attach onto.

Expected behavior
Well, for all of the attachments under a rig to have a different name or maybe an upgrade to the already existing system that would make it so that you can add an attribute under the attachment inside of handle that would be used as an indicator as to which part of the rig should be prioritized when selecting the attachment for the accessory to attach itself to.
also when using the accessory fitting tool there are not any options for the legs so i would like accessory for the legs.
