Accessories not Properly Welded to head + Other rig issues

So I was making a scene for my game, just using rigs and then planning on ss it and making it one of the game page images but while doing so the rigs started acting really odd.

First I noticed that the rigs origin wasn’t at the HRP, it was at the feet. That was only the beginning of the problems though, as when I went to change the head position, the head accessories straight up didn’t move with it. I noticed that the accessory weld keeping it in place deleted itself the second I moved it out of base location.

Even further more, when I interacted with another rig and moved the head, the body parts went everywhere, and keep in mind this was also unreversible since ctrl z didn’t revert that specific change for some reason.

I have no odd beta features enabled as far as I can tell, and no new plugins. I am completely clueless to why this could be happening.

RIg Pivot? Also based of the name I feel that would only solve the origin issue.
