We’ve released another patch, but it requires all instances of Studio to be closed and restarted. We recommend restarting your machine and then launching Studio. If you are seeing update available, please click it and download the latest Studio version before restarting it. If you still see the issue, please try restarting Studio again. There is a known issue with the update process that sometimes requires users to restart Studio twice for the patch to apply.
Sorry for the inconvenience. If the issue persists, please DM us and share your most recent Studio log.
Thank you!
We’ve identified another issue that may prevent some users from receiving the patch intended to fix the localization problem. We believe the issue is now resolved, but it requires users to restart Studio twice for the patch to be properly fetched and applied.
Please follow these steps:
Close all Studio instances, or simply restart your machine.
Open Studio and check if the AFT feature works correctly.
If it doesn’t, restart Studio again.
If the issue still persists, please paste your Studio version here (you can find it in the About Studio dialog).
Sorry for the inconvenience, and happy game developing!
Alright, so I logged out of studio, deleted all my cache (for those who want to know how (Update on Asset Load Failure Issue)), and then reopened studio after relogging back into studio. Didn’t work. Did the same steps up above again, and it worked and am happy to say my studio is now as it was before. I was also having insane asset loading issues where I would have to relog back in multiple times in between designing sessions because all my game assets wouldn’t load at random times. Deleting the cache seemed to help that issue directly just in case anyone has also been experiencing that. But yes, thank you so much dev team for reopening this issue for me and working so hard to solve it. Now it looks like not just me, but many others with the same issue will have this fixed and so I am so grateful for all of you truly. @leek_clee@Saphirae_13@windsurfdrewl
Same issue, have tried every listed fix in this thread. My Studio version is 0.679.239.6790770 (64bit). I’ve tried a clean installation, deleting my entire Roblox cache, disabling and re-enabling beta features, and restarting my PC several times.
Hi @JKbings0099@Masquerata, could you please restart Studio twice? We’ve just deployed the fixes in this version. We’re also working on making patch deployments smoother in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience!
I’m still not having any luck after restarting a few times and reinstalling Studio. I tried clearing my Roblox cache again as well. Studio version is still showing as 0.679.239.6790770 (64bit). Thank you for the communication on this!
