Account Banned for "Sexual Content" for the public starter place game

Hi everyone, I’m not sure if this is the right place to post but an account of mine got terminated for “sexual content” in what appears to be the starter place that all new accounts receive and is automatically set to public. The game’s name in the moderation reason was “[MY USERNAME]'s place”.

This confuses me as I’ve never modified nor recently accessed that starter place in the past few years, so I’m unsure as to what triggered the moderation action.

I attempted to appeal once and asked them view the version history of the game so they can see that I haven’t edited the game even once. Instead, I was given a generic response saying that the “consequence will not be adjusted”.

Is there anything I can do or anyone I can contact regarding this? I can keep submitting appeals but I don’t know if that will help if they can’t even provide evidence for what I did wrong. The account also has had 0 moderation actions since it’s creation.

It’s unfortunate as the account owns a group in which I dev ex a significant portion of my income from to pay for college expenses to this will definitely be a massive hit to me.

Yikes, this sucks. I think this is because of an exploiter abusing image reports (I heard of that a while ago, may be the reason)

The best thing you can do is get publicity for this, from what I’ve seen Roblox is more likely to appeal false bans if they get attention.

You are not alone, an account of mine also got terminated for my starter place even though it was never updated. My appeal was also rejected somehow even though it would take 15 seconds for a moderator to see it is a default starter place that never received an update. This is so unfair.

You’re not the only one with this problem, 3 of my friends were affected by a ban wave for the same reason.
