Hello Roblox,
30 days ago, my account (@nights_dev) got terminated off Roblox on 12/02/25, 09:51 PM GMT+2 for You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account.
Around the time of the account termination, I was connected to my school’s WiFi, which has led me to the conclusion that another individual who had been rightfully terminated was connected to my school’s WiFi and triggered a termination on my account for something I had no connection to, simply due to sharing the same IP address at the time. I have always ensured that my account remained exclusive to me, and I have never had another account of my own, or one I have used, terminated or subjected to any major actions, so there is no plausible way this could have occurred as a result of my own poor choices.
I would like to request a full and proper review of this situation, as my account ties back to everything I’ve done on the platform, ranging from playing my favorite games when I was younger to managing and creating assets that I spent an immense amount of time and dedication developing and maintaining. I sincerely hope that something can be done, as I have no connection to what got my account removed from the platform. I would like to retrieve and continue the projects and groups I’ve been working on, which received and held all my income.
I have always gone out of my way to maintain a clean slate and a strong moderation history, with very few bans or warnings under my name, and I hope my moderation history can act as a testament to my credibility in this situation.
I am here to provide any additional information that may be needed to lift the termination on my account, and I sincerely thank the person who will be taking the time to review my case.

you will get your account back eventually but it will take time especially with roblox staff being on winter break until january 5th so your chances of having a human help you out are low right now.
i was termed on december 10th and randomly got reinstated december 22nd (my thread) so your chances are never zero. all i can really say is keep appealing but also make support tickets not just the appeals that the ai will never help with. although support tickets are mostly ai, know your rights and you can get a human if you ask for specifics and prove your innocence
i could be wrong but i believe roblox’s engineers are aware of the situation and may start unbanning people when they get back to work, but until then all i can really advise is to reach out to as many people as possible hoping to get unbanned or hope that you get a competent person with support who can help you out. i didnt get unbanned through support since i had like 5 appeals denied, even a human response from the appeals lead (i think it was human because of the typos and bad grammar)

while I do believe everything you are saying and it could be linked to the public wifi
however, just to eliminate the possibility I would just double check if you have any other accounts that you know of, alternate accounts you made in the past or whatever just to check if they got deleted/banned with a proper reasoning not just enforcement ban.
(and I am talking any account you made on the platform that you know of, not just recent accounts from a year or 2 ago)
because if that is the case and you do have another account that got deleted with a proper ban reason (let’s say it’s some sort of asset you uploaded that roblox thinks it’s not allowed) you would need to appeal that particular ban as it would lift the enforcement ban
but if you don’t have any other account linked to you that is deleted or moderated then it could very well be the public wifi.

All my alt accounts aren’t banned, seems to be only my main that got hit with it.

when i was banned i checked any account i remember logging into in the past and none of them were banned, even the alts i share an email with arent banned so it was definitely caused by an unknown person sharing an ip at the time

this is a good sign, some people had all of their alt accounts wiped which makes the process harder. ive heard some people contacted support and were able to get them to reveal the original account that got them banned. i cant confirm but i think if you are able to get them to tell you that then you have to convince them it isnt your account. but if only your main was effected that means your home ip address isnt flagged as malicious
not sure if you have battled with support yet, but you have to be vague in your tickets which can help get your situation forwarded to a human since the ai feeds on trigger words which they will use to do everything in its power to not help you
if you ask “why did i get banned” they will hit you with a generic “you were correctly terminated” response or say you were banned for “misusing roblox systems” (which is a generic message the bots use when they have no idea what you did wrong)
this was my appeal which got denied by a human (at least i think its a human because of the bad grammar + typos)
then the same person basically said “um ur unbanned lol”
it says you live in greece which you should use to your advantage because that means you can mention EU laws in your appeals which doesn’t guarantee better support, but it can help them take your case more seriously. I live in the UK and mentioned OSA laws which is how I got a human response instead of an AI one, even though I still got denied. in their own tos say that you have the right to an appeal
im not sure what got me unbanned but feel free to copy what i did to see if it helps your case, i did make a reddit post about this with more info

Update : After 5+ support tickets, it’s going no where, they won’t tell me what account caused the ban or give me any details, i’ll continue trying though
