Account Falsely Terminated For "Virtual Economy Abuse"

I’d just like to add context to this before I begin: I’m a server owner, I actively do giveaways in my server and I have a group on the platform with 36K members:

I was banned fairly recently, about two days ago for the reason of: “Your account has been suspended for virtual economy abuse.”

I am not only appauled, but genuinely confused at how I could have been banned for something so insane, How could I have single handledly manipulated an entire ingame economy by hosting weekly giveaways in my server?

This is not only ridiculous, but a serious mischaracterization of my presence on the platform. I’ve only ever given back to my community and I have never done something so outrageous as to deserve this ban, I really need someone to look into this.
@wow7

I’ve tried contacting support, yet they’ve falsely claim that it’s “been 30 days” when my ban just happened the day before.

I’ve even tried correcting them but they just give me an AI response back saying there’s nothing else they can do… insane

Expected behavior

This needs to be sorted out and looked into as soon as possible. This is affecting not only my business ventures, but my ability to payout developers and contributors.

My main, break4bad, and my group holder BU5TD were banned for the same reason, along with a few of my contributors accounts which I’ll link in my private messages.

Bump, this is honestly another reason not to trust AI to do your moderation when it involves terminating players for reasons like this.

Roblox recently added the “Only Group members that have participated in collaborating on this content are eligible for payouts.” part, guess what acts on this if flagged, AI. There are so many ways this could go wrong, on ROBLOX you either have a good appeals system in case of false bans or good moderation in the first place, we have neither. Hopefully this gets resolved before it happens to other people who might just want to pay for commissions after they “contribute” to the group.
