I’m posting here because I’ve run out of options and need help or visibility on a situation that feels deeply unfair.
My account InstanceGhost was recently terminated for alleged offsite trading. I was also using the accounts Programming_Things and PlayMurderBlox clean development/testing & group holder accounts which were taken down shortly after with the same violation reason.
The problem is I didn’t break any rules.
These accounts were brand new and used entirely for legitimate development under my Roblox studio, UNBOX Games. All Robux activity was handled through Roblox systems like group payouts, gamepasses, and verified DevEx cashouts (my most recent being 5 million Robux, fully approved). I’ve never sold Robux or items offsite.
I was told by Roblox Support after a previous ban that I was allowed to return and build again, which I did completely within the rules. Now, all my progress and team’s work has been wiped without warning, and appeals have just received repeated template responses stating the decision is final.
What’s even more confusing is that I came across this recent post:
The developer explained nearly the exact same situation and while they were initially told their account would stay banned, they were later unbanned after further review. That gives me hope, but it also raises the question: why wasn’t I given the same opportunity?
I’ve spent years building games, hiring developers, and contributing to the Roblox economy through completely valid means. This has been my ful time career. I’m not asking for special treatment I’m just asking for fairness and a real chance to have my case looked at properly.
If anyone has been through this or has advice, I’d appreciate anything you can share.
Hey, I understand that the termination of your Roblox account can be very frustrating but what’s the point of this topic? it’s also a duplicate, duplicate topics get moderated so you also could’ve just posted this on the original.
I’m not mini modding. I just don’t get the point of posting these sometimes because there’s not much to do other than appeal. Staff can only redirect you to the support page which is super irritating. But yeah I completely understand your frustrations is what I’m trying to say.
Yeah like this is somewhat my only hope because support is just giving me vauge responses i’ve been absolutely fed up, if you are not in devrel its almost impossible go get answers.
Yeah, I know. I’m just going off of what I know because I’ve heard about people messaging staff directly and creating topics like this and all the staff do is redirect you to the staff page what was your account terminated for like the moderator note just out of curiosity
Read the TOS about arbitration document ability, you can send Roblox a letter and describe the situation, and deal with issues out of court. If that doesn’t work, then you can go to court. Assuming you’re in the U.S.
Well, that’s not really “vague” they’re just telling you that your account will remain moderated… Support provides 0 proof to users when they’re banned to it’s a sucky system.
You should request for Roblox support to give you some type of proof of you commiting such acts that Roblox banned you for. If they don’t then I don’t know what to say
