Account Hacked | @10i78filiposA

Hey everyone,

So my Roblox account got hacked and I lost around 2,000 Robux. I was trying to download a UI template from a website, and it asked me to paste something I copied from the Network tab (right-click → Inspect → Network) in my browser as PowerShell. I didn’t really understand what it was at the time, so I just went ahead and did it. A few hours later (while I wasn’t online), the hacker spent all my Robux on random game passes from different accounts.

As soon as I found out, I changed my password and logged out of all other devices. From what I’ve read, changing your password should reset any old sessions, so I’m hoping my account is safe now. I also contacted Roblox Support and made a post about it to see if there’s any chance of getting a refund.

I just have a couple of questions:

  1. Does Roblox offer refunds in situations like this?
  2. Is my account fully safe now after changing my password and logging out everywhere?

Here is a screenshot for proof:

These are all the accounts:
• HRustYashki
• kxllz
• tt001q
• Dredy
• r4_5
• 777zxcKirillzxc777 (Alt account that was added to my account. Now unadded)

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I’d really appreciate any help or advice!

A quick update:
A few days have passed, and I’m really happy to say that Roblox Support helped me recover my lost Robux! Huge thanks to them for their quick response and understanding. It really means a lot after such a stressful situation.

If anyone else goes through something similar, don’t panic. Change your password immediately, log out of all sessions, and contact support as soon as possible. They were super helpful and made sure my account was secure again.

Stay safe out there, and always double-check what you copy!

Contact Roblox Support. This does not belong here. We can’t help you.

Message support and ask for your one time rollback

Use the Support form to submit a ticket about your account, they’ll restore your Robux and any lost items.

Never blindly copy and paste things, ever.

Copying things from the Network tab, in particular, has a very strong probability of including your account cookies & other authentication info. that the attacker can use to log in as you.
If anyone tells you to copy from that tab, or to paste something into Cmd/PowerShell, block them. They’re trying to steal your account.

Should keep in mind however that this rollback is usually only a one-time thing and cannot be requested again after using it, so it should probably be saved for when you’ve lost a significant amount.

Lol your computer now has at least one backdoor and you have objectively bigger things to worry about than a Roblox account

I have already messaged roblox about maybe giving a refund. If they decline I’ll reply/send another one with that. Thank you

I’ve ran a scan on my computer. Nothing was found and the thing that I forgot to mention was that I didn’t download anything. They said that you will be able to download it but I fortunately couldn’t download anything

Is my account safe now thought? And also, thank you so much for the advice

Change password, log out of all sessions. If you did that then most likely! Turn on 2-step verification too if you haven’t.

You can verify there’s no other devices signed in via account settings. Make sure you also do an antivirus scan & ensure there’s no malicious extensions installed.

I’d be tempted to see that powershell string, even though if you posted it in here, it would be bombarded by moderators in minutes and your account wiped.

You can download stuff via powershell commands, and I’m pretty sure that command grabbed all your browser cookies and such, without leaving any payload on your PC, which wouldn’t trigger malware detector.

Atp you don’t have other options, other than hope for best and pray that support team will do something.

Hopefully you get your stuff back.
