What solutions have you tried so far? I have tried both mozilla firefox and microsoft edge (chromium), so it shouldnt be a browser issue, it might be an age issue as my account is under 18 but i dont think it should affect support (let me know if it does)
Are there any other ways of reaching roblox via email or something like that, or does anyone have any idea how to fix roblox’s support bot thing?
This is a bug that you need to report either via a support ticket or via Bug Reports. There is no support the community can provide you in this thread. We don’t have any control over Roblox’s AI Support Assistant. Please contact them through one of the avenues of communication that I have provided you with so they can fix the bug you’ve shown in the picture. Thank you
The support ticket link that you sent is the thing that this post is about, I enter my info and press continue and it forces me into the chatbot, does anyone have any info how to contact roblox outside these 2?
