Description:
I am trying to use this account (the account details will be provided in the private message) for DevEx, but it is in a non-functional state. Many of the site’s core features are restricted or glitched on this account, making it unusable for normal activity. Group items do not display correctly, the homepage only shows recently played games, and the Robux Wallet, including the DevEx estimation, is malfunctioning.
Even though the Robux comes from legitimate sources, I cannot perform DevEx from this account. These issues indicate that the account may have been flagged or glitched due to a past security event. My partner also mentioned that the algorithm doesn’t seem to be working properly on this account.
Important Context:
This account has a history of security-related resets. Normally, when a security measure is triggered, the account password is reset, but in this case, the email on the account was also removed. This is a known issue related to the “Security Notification” feature, which I reported as a bug because it can cause a user to completely lose access to their account.
A Roblox staff member manually reattached the email to this account and supported me persistently, for which I am grateful:

Given this history, it is possible that Roblox’s systems detected a security risk or flagged the account, which may have caused the account to enter a glitched or restricted state. This could be the primary reason why many features are not functioning and why DevEx cannot be performed from this account, even though the Robux comes from a legitimate source and I was able to DevEx from the same source using different accounts.

1. Homepage Loading Issue
Only recently played games load on the homepage; recommended games and everything else do not load.

2. Group Store Items Not Displaying Properly
Not all items from the group appear when viewed from the group store on the website. Example group: Bundle Place - Roblox
When viewed with a normal account, recently published items appear on the first page from left to right and top to bottom in reverse chronological order, as expected:
However, on this account, the order is different, and some marketplace items are completely missing.

3. Robux Wallet and DevEx Eligibility
The Robux Wallet, including the estimation for eligible DevEx amount, is malfunctioning, and this prevents me from doing DevEx, even though the Robux in this account primarily comes from a group that sells Marketplace UGC items and from which this account earns Robux (details about the group will be provided in a private message), and the account also earns Robux from its own Marketplace items.
According to Roblox Terms of Use and Creator Terms, Section 4(ii)(1), “Earnings from your listings in Marketplace or Creator Store” should be eligible under the DevEx program and counted as earned Robux:
I concluded that these issues are affecting DevEx as well. When I tried sending a payout from the same group to DevEx on a different account, it showed as eligible (and I cashed out), so the source of Robux is not the issue. However, on this account, I can never perform DevEx, even though the Robux came from the same source in both scenarios.
I expect that all these restrictions will be removed as the expected behavior. The account username, ID, the amount visible on the DevEx dashboard, the total Robux in the account, and the amount of Robux paid from the group to the account for DevEx will be provided in private messages.
