I recently had some work in the UAE for a couple of weeks and Roblox updated my account location, since getting home it hasn’t updated since the beginning of July, I know it used to be possible to request for your location to be amended manually but asking support now has a bot which immediately closes the conversation when asking about updating account location.
I don’t know what to do because the UAE location basically makes the game unplayable as it’s impossible to communicate with other users.
some users say that they ‘fixed the bug with automatic location detection’ and they say you need to play for a couple of weeks from your location for it to update you.
But i fear that the thing is still broken, ive been stuck in vietnam for whatever reason for over 3-4 months. Maybe even more, still nothing.
Its crazy how they just change it so fast or dont even request and additional info to confirm the location change.
