Hello everyone, on 4th March 2026 my main account (SleepFatigue) was banned permanently for a safety violation of roblox community standards,
I assume it was because i uploaded multiple decals of a meme similar to this as shown below:
I don’t understand why the decals are still able to be used on the website while I got permanently banned uploading decals that are similar to the image above:
if you are wondering whose in this image, its just a roblox avatar that my friend made, and the image of the hand covering the face is a picture from dr house kidnap meme, I was thinking that it would be fine since there are multiple decals with the same meme on the roblox creator store decal, as they did not get their account ban or terminated just from uploading the decal.
This image that I uploaded was not meant to promote harm, harassment, or inappropriate themes, I thought it was fine to upload similar decals as i have seen similar decals of this image in the Roblox creator store decal a couple of times as shown above.
I fully understand and respect Roblox’s Community Standards, and I would never intentionally upload content that breaks the rules. If the decal was considered inappropriate or misinterpreted by automated moderation due to the picture of the hand covering the face of a child, I sincerely apologize for uploading a image related to this and if i was given another chance i would never upload a decal like this ever again. I have tried to appeal through the roblox appeal support system but i have yet to receive a reply to any of my appeals despite it being send a while ago.
I believe a permanent termination is a very severe action for this type of content, as i think it could possibly be given a warning/ban for a few days as well as removal of the decal instead of being permanently ban. I am fully willing to remove the content and ensure that all future uploads strictly follow the guidelines if i was given a chance to get back my account.
