When i attempt to go onto the roblox plus page it says “something went wrong” giving me the option to retry or go to the home page.
I was also sent a message regarding the free trial since i previously had premium however i am unable to redeem it.
This only happens on my main account.
Someone said i might be banned from purchasing roblox plus? Im not sure why i would be since i had a prem subsciption prior to the release of roblox plus + i can still purchase robux.
This happened from the initial release of roblox plus however i expected it to be a minor issue that would be fixed but it hasnt.
UPDATE – Just contacted roblox support and they said i am not account banned from purchasing roblox plus and other than that redirected me to the roblox plus FAQ which was no help.
IMPORTANT – I have noticed all the bugs i am facing are common with users in vietnam who are not allowed to purchase roblox plus HOWEVER i am NOT in vietnam so why am i being treated as if i am??
My account region is wrong i have now confirmed this since i cant use a quicklogin on the account to another device as it says location cannot be matched.
Expected behavior
I expect to be able to purchase roblox plus.
