There is a massive problem with false bans on Roblox. There are many ways to fix it, but by far this is the best one: Account Standing.
Account Standing is not an original feature. This feature is used by Discord as well to track a user’s moderation status, such as their past moderation history. This is very useful, as you can see if your account has a risk of being banned or not.
Why add this?
Account Standing is useful for both parties: the user and Roblox staff. Account standing can be used by the user to check if their account is at risk of being banned or not, and as for staff, they can use Account Standing to check whether the user has history of breaking the ToS.
This could be very useful in case of false bans, and if added, this should be accessible when a user is banned.

While we are at it, can AI not terminate? Please make it so they can put an account on hold (preventing it from being accessible) until a human looks through and confirms the termination.

Roblox used to have this, once upon a time. It was called Moderation History. Back in the day, you could view your own moderation records and their reasons.
It was removed from view, mainly because people kept bragging on the legacy forums about their moderations. Why people thought that having a 7-day or 14-day ban was a flex, I have no idea.

This is also a good idea, but we all know that Roblox is Mr. Krabs when it comes to hiring moderators.

“noo!!! we cant hire more moderators! we have too many1!!!”
Well, I think it would be used as an account saver if this was to be re-added, considering the amount of false bans and terrible support.
Have they even talked about the number of moderators before
they only have about 3000 moderators while something like TikTok has 40000 moderators, clearly roblox doesn’t have enough.

Even Discord’s moderation is better than Roblox lol

No, in my personal opinion which is based on my own and my friends’ experiences, it’s not at all. Not even close.
As much as I hate Roblox’s moderation and support, I must admit that there’s always a chance that you can get your penality removed or reduced when appealing for a moderation decision in Roblox support and that happened for me at rare times. The response times were within 24 hours in average. They also once helped recover a compromised account of someone I know who didn’t email verify their account.
On the contrary, I am not aware of it being possible to have a moderation penalty being lifted in Discord at all, unless in perhaps cases of being terminated for being underaged and having ID verification later on being done in support. Also, their support just very recently got breached and had personal data leaked. I’ve never contacted Discord support and got a response within let’s say 25 days, they always respond later and just reply with a generic Claude one and then never replies back when you do reply to it.
