Due to the most recent ban-wave, me (and many other people) have been falsely terminated under the reason of “creating or using an account to avoid an enforcement action” or “ban evasion” for short, which is false and unjust as I have only been using 1 exact account for 6 years. Even the review date is false, as I was playing Roblox normally until 9 Oct 2025.
(Almost exact same situation as this post, but I only have 1 account.)
While most of them have successfully appealed the false ban, I still have a lot of issue getting my account back. This is mostly because all of my recent appeals are all reviewed by a bot, automatically, even though 12 appeals should be a lot. I fear that my account maybe unrecoverable after 30 days since the false ban, so I’m trying to get as much help as I could.
I have used this copypasta that was provided by a fellow user who got successfully unbanned after using it, and many other have, too:
Dear Roblox Moderation Team, I am reaching out to appeal the termination of my Roblox account, [Username]. For avoiding moderation via making an alternative account. I believe this moderation must be a mistake. My siblings and I all play Roblox and share the same IP address. My brother has had his account terminated in the past, which may have caused confusion and led to my account being falsely flagged for evading moderation. However, I want to clarify that I have not created or used any alternate accounts to bypass moderation actions. I kindly request a thorough review of my case. Thank you for your time and consideration. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank You, [Name].
I made 3 appeals with my own description of the issue, then I started using this copypasta for the recent appeals, but so far there isn’t much progress?
In case a moderator need it, my banned Roblox username is err_nothing.
If you have any tip, please let me know. (things like the interval between each appeal (send another appeal immediately after rejection or wait for some day?), category alternative or things I can add to the copypasta).
And if you can, maybe contact a human agent in the Customer support team to look at my appeal, many thanks.
