On August 20th, I got suspended for 7 days for my game, “Early War Public Testing,” allegedly breaking the rules against terrorism/extremism (Screenshot 1. Moderator note translation: Roblox prohibits associations with terrorism and violent extremism). However, the moderator note didn’t include any specific asset or an exact reason for why my account was suspended.
“Early War Public Testing” is a public testing place for new updates for the game called “Early War [VEHICLES]” (which should be obvious from the name). “Early War [VEHICLES]” is an AAS (Advance-and-Secure) match-based game between 2 teams. It’s a completely fictional game that doesn’t support any real political views or sides, nor is it based on real-life events. The game has fictional countries, lore, city names, etc. This has also been stated in the game’s description multiple times.
I’ve tried sending an appeal right after I found out about my account suspension, but on August 21st, it was denied. On the same day, I sent a message to Roblox Support asking what the exact reason or asset was that got my account suspended. It’s been 12 days, and I still haven’t received any replies, so I decided to make a post here in the hope that somebody can help me.
On August 22nd at approximately 10:00 AM (UTC+3), my community, “Early War Community,” got locked without any explanation, warnings, or messages. On August 23rd, I sent a message to Roblox Support asking what the exact reason for the community being locked was. After around 2 hours, I got a reply saying: “Your email has been sent to our Talent Hub team for further review”. It’s been 10 days since then, and I still haven’t received any new replies.
Not directly related to the main issue, but on top of all of that, one of my developers, @frdarwin0 (he used to be a scripter for “Early War”), took advantage of this situation. He took the game files that I sent him only for development purposes (because Team Create is disabled in our country) and decided to make “his own” version of the game without asking me or other developers for permission to use the game’s assets. He also made an announcement in the official game’s discord server where he claimed that the game is now going to be “under his wing” (Screenshot 2)
There’s a lot of information and evidence regarding this situation, and especially a lot of compromising information about @frdarwin0, but I’m not really sure if I can post everything here.
As for the compromising information, he might actually be the reason why all of this happened in the first place. @frdarwin0 seemingly planned everything as far back as July 26th, when he created a discord server called “Early War: Remastered,” where he forwarded the rules from the official game’s discord server without anyone’s permission.
I obviously can’t say for certain that he is responsible, but it’s possible that he put something that violates Roblox’s rules into the new update files, which could explain why only the public testing place resulted in my account being suspended.
I could either make a separate post about this whole situation if you guys are interested, or I could try to explain what happened in more detail in the comments, because at this point, I honestly don’t know what else I can do about this.
Anyways, right now, I mainly need help with getting my account suspension reviewed and unlocking the group (if its even possible).
